This reform diagram is an interpretation of the necessary ECEC reforms to forge the path to universal ECEC access for all Australian children. The Front Project supports progressive universalism where children and families experiencing disadvantage are prioritised so they can experience the lifelong and wide reaching benefits of attending quality ECEC. 

Three pillars of reform will underpin an ambitious reform agenda: developing the workforce, embedding system stewardship and enhancing the funding model.
