Rachel Ho is the Learning and Development Coordinator at CELA, bringing over 13 years of experience in the early childhood education sector.

Having a background in long day care services and management, Rachel is a deeply thoughtful and reflective ECEC practitioner who has led teams through pedagogical practice shifts to drive better outcomes for all children. She is especially passionate about about the first two thousands days and uplifting the role of care as curriculum for very young children.
